DELIVERY TERMS & CONDITIONS

    1. You provided the wrong address for delivery.
    2. There is a mistake in the address for delivery that was provided.
    3. The address for delivery is not reasonably accessible.
    4. The address for delivery cannot safely be accessed.
    5. Where in person receipt is required, there is no person available at the address for delivery to accept delivery and provide a signature.


RETURNS INTRODUCTION

This returns section aims to give you that extra piece of mind so that you can shop with confidence. If you are not 100% satisfied, please follow our returns process and we'll issue a full refund, no questions asked.

We understand that from time to time you may wish to return an item to us. We have created this hassle-free 14 day returns policy to enable you to return products to us in appropriate circumstances. Please note, we can not accept any returned items without their original packaging and/or tags. This returns policy applies to all customers world wide. This policy does not affect your statutory rights (such as your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000).

RETURN YOUR ITEMS

Return your items to us, using the address on your form. Unless there is a fault with your item, you are responsible for paying any postage costs associated with returns under this policy

RETURN CHECK

Please allow us 3 working days to check your return is in co-ordinance with our terms & conditions.

RECEIVE YOUR REFUND OR EXCHANGE

We will usually refund any money received from you using the same method originally used by you to pay for your purchase. We will process the refund due to you as soon as possible and, in any event, within 30 days following the day we received your returned product.

RETURNS TERMS & CONDITIONS

You will be responsible for paying postage costs associated with returns under this policy. The following products may not be returned under this policy: Goods that have been used, worn, washed, modified or damaged in anyway. We will give you a refund for the full price of any product properly returned by you in accordance with the terms of this returns policy (excluding the original delivery charges and excluding the costs of returning the product to us). We will usually refund any money received from you using the same method originally used by you to pay for your purchase. We will process the refund due to you as soon as possible and, in any event, within 30 days following the day we received your returned product. Unless the item you are returning to us is deemed to be faulty you will not be refunded the postage cost on that order.
